Day 1: Arrival and Safari at Minneriya National Park

Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our airport representative and introduced to your chauffeur guide. After a comfortable transfer to Sigiriya, you’ll check into your hotel and unwind before embarking on an exciting afternoon safari at Minneriya National Park. This park is renowned for the “elephant gathering,” a spectacular event where hundreds of elephants converge during the dry season, offering a unique wildlife experience. After the safari, you’ll return to your hotel for a relaxing evening and dinner.

Day 2: Exploring Sigiriya and Journey to Kandy

Begin your day with an early breakfast before visiting the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as Lion’s Rock. This UNESCO World Heritage site is an ancient citadel that offers a fascinating glimpse into Sri Lanka’s past with its elaborate frescoes, water gardens, and panoramic views. After exploring the fortress, you’ll return to the hotel and prepare for your journey to Kandy.

Day 3: Scenic Train Ride and Nuwara Eliya

Day 5: Departure from Negombo

Your final day begins with a visit to the bustling Negombo Fish Market, where you can witness the local fishermen’s daily catch and the vibrant atmosphere of this coastal town. Following this, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight, bringing an end to your memorable Sri Lankan adventure.
